Everyone was super friendly, especially Jade, James, and Freddie—they really made our trip unforgettable. I even got engaged during our stay! One downside was hearing the neighbors sometimes, but it was mostly quiet. The bar was a highlight too!

Superb attention to detail was evident as the staff went above and beyond, even providing a bathrobe and slippers for our daughter. Although breakfast was not included in the room rate, and the menu selections felt on the pricey side at £70 for room service, the overall experience was delightful.
